We aim to reply within a few working days. Time zone is Philippine Standard Time (UTC+8), so responses may land overnight if you are in the US or Europe.
Reporting an error
If something on this site is wrong, tell us and it gets fixed. Include the page URL and specifically what is inaccurate. Where a source document contradicts what we published, a link to it makes the correction immediate.
Substantive corrections are noted on the page rather than made silently. Our editorial policy sets out the process.
Brands and manufacturers
If we have misrepresented your published ingredient disclosure, specification or safety documentation, send the correct source document and the page will be updated. We report what is published — if your published information has changed, we want to know.
What we cannot do: remove an accurate account of a published disclosure, a regulatory action or a court filing because it is unflattering. We will always correct an error. We will not delete a fact.
What we do not accept
- Guest posts, sponsored posts and paid content of any kind.
- Link insertions into existing articles.
- Payment for coverage, placement, ranking or a more favourable assessment.
- Product samples in exchange for coverage. We assess published documentation, so samples serve no purpose here.
Outreach offering any of the above is not answered. This is not a negotiating position — accepting them would make everything else on the site worthless.
Suggesting a product or topic
If there is a product or ingredient you want audited, say so. Reader questions drive a good share of what gets written, particularly where the existing coverage online is thin or wrong.
